Submission of Abstract and Full paper

Papers on the themes of the Congress are invited. Participants are requested to fill out the online registration form and submit the abstract by 30th November 2024. Registration fees should be paid by the participants only after acceptance of the abstract. Full papers must reach the Convener by 10th December 2024. Abstracts without a full Registration Fee will not be included in the souvenir. The manuscript of the full paper should be submitted to email: nagi46hyderabad@gmail.com Participants are requested to preferably submit only once abstract of the paper to the congress.

  • Conference Dates: 27th to 29th December, 2024
  • Last date of abstract submission: 30th November 2024
  • Initial Intimation of acceptance of abstracts: Within 2 working days from the date of Submission of Abstract
  • Final acceptance of abstracts: After payment of registration fee (scan QR code for Payment)
  • Full Paper Submission: 10th December 2024

Nagi Fees

  • Pay Directly to UPI ID : 00630100040711@ucobank and intimate email to aksaha@geography.du.ac.in along with the membership form and payment receipt.
  • Membership form available https://shorturl.at/dsNhb. The same can also be done at the NAGI Registration counter at the Venue.
  • Payment by online Transfer of Rs.800/- (NAGI Share of Registration Rs.300/- + Annual Membership of Rs.500/-) should be deposited, Life Members and Senior Geographers are exempted from pay Rs.500/- Annual Membership fees.
